Get to know me…
I am originally a preschool teacher and have worked in the education for more than 26 years. My love for the Arts and Psychology drove me to my first Postgraduate degree in Dramatherapy, which I did in Hertfordshire, UK. After my MA in Educational Studies and Leadership in Education, I followed a training on Systemic and Family Constellations in Brussels and started working as a Facilitator of Family Constellations. The need to look into broader systems led me to follow a training on Systemic Leadership Coaching and Constellations, together with a Conflict resolution training. I work in schools, I give lectures and workshops focused on Systemic Pedagogy and Communication in the systems and I work with individuals and groups, both in person and online with Family Constellations (EN, GR, FR).
Loving ourselves through owing our story is the bravest thing we will ever do.
Healing may not be so much about getting better, as about letting go of everything that isn’t you - all of the expectations, all of the beliefs - and becoming who you are.

"A constellation provides an image that you have to let work in your soul. The picture will have an effect and then, all of a sudden, the soul will see which way to go. Then you know what you have to do."

FAQs
What is “Systemic Family Constellations”?
Systemic Constellation is “phenomenological”, which means all things related to to the phenomena of what happens, are invited to be part of the experience and found meaninful. It is a therapeutic approach that identifies and addresses underlying systemic patterns and dynamics that may be affecting the well-being of an individual or a group. Family Constellations is a form of brief therapy which focuses on resolution.
How do “Systemic Family Constellations” work?
Systemic Family Constellations work is not incredibly easy to explain if you have not experienced one. They reveal dynamics that bind a person to his/her relationship system in a dysfunctional way. These dynamics usually constrain coping strategies and hinder personal development, thus prevent a person from developing and structuring his/her life in a positive way. The goal of the work with Systemic Family Constellations, is to lift these constraints, identify the patterns, resolve the entanglements and bring the structure and balance to the system.
What types of issues are addressed through Family Constellation Therapy?
Family Constellation Therapy looks at the family as a system and the individual’s role in that system. This can lead to exploring family relationships from generations back and seek how these relationships impact the present. Family systems usually have laws or unspoken rules and when someone fails to follow them, because these rules may not work anymore, problems often occur.
This type of therapy is helpful when dealing with depression, anxiety, phobias, traumas, relationship problems, loss, conflicts, self-esteem, addictions, abuse, just to mention some of the common problems people face. In Family Constellation Therapy you may find that your current issues and behaviors have roots from previous genarations that you hadn’t realised.
Four things that Systemic Constellations do:
Systemic Family Constellations bring the real issues to light. “With the help of the constellation work you can go deeper into an unconscious field and find out where you are unsuccessfully bound in entanglements. you must first discover them to solve them” (D. Fischer)
Systemic Constellations give you space and freedom to make decisions that change the situation.
Systemic Constellations affect all levels of our being. Psysically embodying something changes things on more than one level. Talking about issues in our life and thinking about them might help, feeling strongly about them: ditto. But holistic change only comes when we act!
Systemic Constellations allow us to embody the most relevant elements within a situation. They directly affect us on the level we need change on and bring healing not just to us, but also to our wider circles.
